When we look at the history of humanity, it can be observed that change can manifest itself in several different forms in general. The first of these is the change that took place due to the basic necessities of humanity such as food and shelter in the early ages, and then, as a result of meeting these basic needs, change can be found in the pages of history due to the need for enrichment. When viewed in the context of needs, it can be seen that the human being, whose basic necessities are met, now feels endless needs together with relatively wealth, and changes have taken place in order to provide quality life and comfort accordingly. These and similar examples can be increased, many forms of change can be mentioned, and the common point of all these is that each change shapes the future.

Therefore, every change creates systemic changes in social, economic, political and ultimately health areas. In recent history, it can be said that scientific knowledge has also led the change, so that the change and subsequent adaptation took place in a shorter time compared to its previous forms. Thanks to the industrial and technological changes, which can be characterized as the outputs of the accelerating change and adaptation processes, the world, the borders of the world, and the increase in the mobility of goods and services as well as the interaction of different social forms with each other are inevitable, every system is almost globalized and in harmony with each other. Due to this globalization, in addition to the usual natural forms of change, compulsory and negative forms such as pandemic epidemics can also be encountered, and such an experience can cause a change by deeply shaking all macro-scale social, political and economic systems, from the comfortable life of the individual. Despite all these negativities experienced at this point, developments in the fields of technology and industrialization, which are the outputs of previous changes, can come into play in the form of natural selection and a new adaptation process between man and nature can begin.

As can be seen, change manifests itself in different forms throughout history and these changes shape our future. . The most natural way for people to follow all these positive-negative change processes is to reach the academic studies made by valuable scientists. Future science and shaping the future are the keywords of the next century. For this reason, this book with the theme of “Change & Managing the Future” and similar academic studies; It is thought that it is very important for the readers to define and evaluate the processes of change experienced scientifically correctly. Because, within the scope of this international study, the works of valuable scientists from different parts of the world are included.
