bir komedi şaheseridir. Molière tarafından 1673’te yazılan üç perdelik bu oyun, ilk başarısından günümüze kadar teatral komedinin temelini oluşturmuştur. Bu, kendisinin mümkün olan en iyi tıbbi bakımı alabilmesi için kızı Angelique’in bir doktorun oğluyla evlenmesini sağlamaya kararlı, zengin bir hastalık hastası olan Argan’ın hikâyesidir. BİT Çalışanlarının Bulut Bilişime Yaklaşımlarını Etkileyen Faktörlerin Teknoloji Kabul Modeli İle Azerbaycan-Türkiye Karşılaştırılmalı Değerlendirilmesi

Günümüzde bulut bilişim teknolojileri, bireyler ve kurumlar için büyük bir dönüşüm sağlamakta olup, bilgi teknolojileri sektöründe çeşitli avantajlar sunmaktadır. Bununla birlikte, bu teknolojinin benimsenmesi sürecinde çeşitli olumlu ve olumsuz etkenler rol oynamaktadır. Bu çalışma, BİT çalışanlarının bulut bilişim teknolojisine yaklaşımını belirleyen faktörleri incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmada, genişletilmiş teknoloji kabul modeli kullanılarak hem bulut bilişimi olumlu etkileyen hem de olumsuz etkileyen faktörler ölçülmüştür.

Araştırma Türkiye ve Azerbaycan’da gerçekleştirilmiş olup, iki ülkedeki BİT çalışanlarının bulut bilişim teknolojisine yaklaşım farklılıkları analiz edilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak Likert tipi ölçek kullanan bir anket uygulanmış, bulut bilişim teknolojisinin benimsenmesini etkileyen sekiz olumlu ve dört olumsuz faktör değerlendirilmiştir.

Elde edilen bulgular, denetlenebilirlik, bulunabilirlik, uyumlu çalışabilme, performans ve taşınabilirlik gibi faktörlerin bulut bilişim teknolojisinin benimsenmesini desteklediğini gösterirken, güvenlik, kişisel verilerin korunması ve yönetişim gibi unsurların kullanım kararları üzerinde olumsuz etkileri olabileceğini ortaya koymuştur. Çalışma, iki ülke arasındaki farklılıkları ortaya koyarak, bulut bilişim teknolojisinin kabulüne ilişkin gelecekte yapılacak akademik çalışmalara katkı sağlamaktadır.

Yaşam Kalitesi-Kamu Maliyesi Kalitesi İlişkisi

Yaşam kalitesi, çok eski çağlardan beri tartışılagelen bir konu olmuştur. Kimi zaman iyi yaşamak, kimi zaman güzel yaşamak, kimi zamanda mutlu yaşamak dense de sonuçta tüm bu kavramlar kaliteli yaşama çıkmakta, yani yaşam kalitesi aranmaktadır. Bu çalışmada da yaşam kalitesi arayışı devam etmiştir. Şimdiye kadar pek fazla dikkate alınmayan bir boyutuyla yaşam kalitesi açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Devlet, devletin yaptığı hizmetler, gelir kaynakları ve mali dengelerin insanların yaşam kalitesi üzerine etkileri sorgulanarak Avrupa Birliği ülkeleri ve Türkiye bağlamında bu etkiler incelenmiştir. Konuyla ilgili sınırlı sayıda çalışmanın var olduğu düşünülürse, kitabın alana önemli bir katkı sağlayacağını söylemek yanlış olmayacaktır.

The methodological approach of this book is based on an interdisciplinary foundation. Health policies must be addressed not only in terms of their legal or economic dimensions, but also from the perspectives of health management, political science, and public health. The book is therefore structured around four axes: historical framework, institutional analysis, comparative approach, and applied perspective. The historical framework examines how the EU's role in the health sector has evolved; institutional analysis examines which institutions are involved in the process and with what powers; comparative approach examines the similarities and differences between health systems in different member states; and applied perspective examines the EU's current programs, funding mechanisms, and relations with Turkey.

Beklentileri, tüketici ve üretici davranışlarını etkilemesi nedeniyle bir çok sektör değişime gitmiştir. Pandemi sürecinde yaşanan değişmelerin başında dijitalleşme gelmektedir. Şirketler bu süreçte tüketici ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak adına dijitalleşmeye önem vermiş, hane halkları da dijitalleşme sürecine girmiştir. Tüketiciler başta zorunlu ve zorunlu olmayan ihtiyaçlarını gidermek adına alış verişlerini online yollarla yapmış ve de hala yapmaktadır. Pek çok kamu dairelerinde yapılan işlemler e-devlet yoluyla yapılabilmiş ayrıca bankacılık sektöründe de dijital kanallar ve bu kanalların kullanımı artmıştır. Bu dijital dönüşüm sayesinde, bankalar müşterilerine şubelere gitmeden dijital dağıtım kanalları sayesinde işlem yapma yetkisi tanımıştır. Pandemi sürecinde şubelerde yapılan işlemlerin bir çoğu dijital bankacılık hizmetleri sayesinde yapılır hale gelmiştir.
