Synopsis

Pandemi Sürecinde İnovasyon (Innovation During The Pandemic) is a proceedings book compiling the output of the 3rd International Congress on Creative and Innovative Approaches, held on June 9-10, 2021. The book examines the critical role of innovation and the changes it spurred across various disciplines under the conditions of the globally impactful COVID-19 pandemic. Studies cover economic topics such as the rise of entrepreneurship and startups during the pandemic, the effects of financial innovation and digitalization on capital markets , the relationship between inflation and unemployment rates in the Turkish economy , and a causality analysis between renewable energy, CO2 emissions, and innovation in Turkey. Furthermore, the volume includes technical and social research like the impact of the pandemic on humanities and social sciences undergraduate dissertations in Sri Lanka , the application of Metaverse on foreign language education , and studies on the use of the MARS (Multivariate Adaptive Regression Splines) method in the field of health.
