Synopsis

The book Digital Healthy City Ecosystem, authored by Dr Ersin Kocaman, offers an innovative and comprehensive perspective on the multidimensional relationship between cities and health within the context of digital transformation, sustainability, and governance. By redefining the concepts of "Healthy City" and "Healthy City Ecosystem," the author proposes a new Model called the "Digital Healthy City Ecosystem," designed to meet the demands of the 21st century. Employing both qualitative and quantitative methods, the study introduces a digital platform approach to enhance, manage, and sustain urban health. This book serves as a valuable reference for academics, policymakers, urban planners, and practitioners, aiming to advance a global vision of holistic, evidence-based, and human-centred urban health development.
