Edited by Prof. Dr. Özge Uysal Şahin and Dr. Bahriye Terlemez, this book contains the abstracts and full texts of the papers presented at the "2nd International Conference on Transformation and Welfare" (ICTW 2025), held on March 20-21, 2025. The work consists of nine comprehensive chapters addressing the themes of digital transformation, social welfare, and sustainability through an interdisciplinary approach. The book examines the global course of the "wellness industry" as a new sector, the effects of digital transformation on organizational resilience, and the role of smart health applications in sustainable cities. Furthermore, current sociological and health-related topics such as the welfare levels of men and women in Turkey post-COVID-19, clinical leadership in healthcare services, and the impact of popular science fiction films on vaccine hesitancy are discussed. The image management of international aid during the Maraş earthquake, the first aid knowledge levels of teachers, and unethical behaviors of university students in using information technologies are also included in the scope of the work.
