The International Cultural Paradigms and Renewed Azerbaijan Proceedings Book contains the academic outputs from the conference, organised in collaboration with Kocaeli University and Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts, on May 26-28, 2021. The work examines Azerbaijan's "renewal" process from a multidimensional cultural and artistic perspective, with particular focus on the period following the Karabakh Victory. The papers in the book analyse Turkey-Azerbaijan relations within the cultural, literary, and artistic context of the "one nation, two states" concept. Key topics include Azerbaijan's national cultural policies, the role of Heydar Aliyev, the protection and restoration of cultural heritage in Karabakh, and developments in fields such as mugham art, carpet weaving, architecture, and cinema. Furthermore, current issues such as the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on cultural life, tourism potential, and education are discussed from an interdisciplinary perspective.
