Author Guidelines

HOLISTENCE PUBLICATIONS AUTHOR GUIDELINES

Manuscripts to be published by Holistence Publications must adhere to the following core formatting rules to ensure suitability for the production process.

1. PAGE AND TEXT LAYOUT

• Page Layout (Academic Size): 15.5 x 23.5 cm, 2 cm margins on all sides.
• Page Layout (Pocket Size): 13.5 x 21 cm, 2 cm margins on all sides.
• Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt.
• Line Spacing: Single (1) line spacing; 6 pt spacing before and after paragraphs.
• Indentation: The first line of each paragraph must be indented by 1 cm.
• Alignment: Text must be fully justified.

2. HEADING HIERARCHY

• Chapter Title: 16 pt, Bold, Uppercase (Centered, No Numbering)
• Level 1 Heading: 14 pt, Bold, Uppercase (Left-aligned, Numbered: 1.)
• Level 2 Heading: 12 pt, Bold, Title Case (Left-aligned, Numbered: 1.1.)
• Level 3 Heading: 11 pt, Bold, Title Case (Left-aligned, Numbered: 1.1.1.)

3. VISUAL OBJECT STANDARDS (TABLES & FIGURES)

All visual objects must be centered on the page. Titles must be 11 pt; content and references must be 10 pt.

• TABLE: Title Above / Centered / Table 1. Table Name
• FIGURE / GRAPHIC: Title Below / Centered / Figure 1. Figure Name

*References and notes should be placed immediately below the object, with a 1 cm indent and 10 pt font size.

4. CITATION AND REFERENCES (APA 7)

Current APA 7th Edition standards must be used. The reference list should be 11 pt, single-spaced, with a 1 cm hanging indent.
